Job Overview

TN Ireland is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerks for an exciting role in Kerry. As an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator, you will join a dynamic Finance team and provide administrative support for the AP function reporting to the Senior Accountant.

Role Purpose

  1. The primary responsibility of this position is the daily processing of large volumes of invoices.
  2. You will be responsible for expense claims, admin duties, and matching invoices to goods received notes.
  3. Reconciling supplier accounts to supplier statements, identifying overdue or missing invoices.
  4. Making and receiving telephone calls or emails to suppliers on various queries.
  5. Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts, creating purchase orders, and supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  1. Experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, preferably with Sage 200 or similar accounting software.
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
