Product Design Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for leading the vision and strategy of uniting all solutions under a common set of design methods, visual language, design, and accessibility standards.
You will translate insights and strategy into tangible design proposals to inspire and advance innovation. This includes supporting design teams to scope initiatives, identify priorities, and deliver projects that have multiple stakeholders and moving parts within an Agile framework.
The ideal candidate will guide the design process from framing a challenge to research, insights, concepts, UI design, and metric collection. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to synthesize data from multiple sources to communicate insights or recommendations in compelling and creative ways.
A strong background in user-centered design principles, advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, and experience utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies are essential for this role.
In addition, you will be able to confidently present work and accept or provide constructive feedback. Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required.
