Manager – Sustainability Assurance Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Assistant Manager to join our Sustainability Assurance Technical team.
As part of our team, you will develop detailed methodologies and resources for conducting sustainability assurance engagements, helping us stay ahead of the curve in terms of evolving sustainability standards, regulatory frameworks, and trends.
Key Requirements:- A Qualified Accountant - e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA qualified. Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in practice or industry.
- Knowledge of sustainability- and corporate reporting environments and the interconnectivity with financial reporting.
- Detailed knowledge of ISA (Ireland).
- Understanding and awareness of ISAE 3000 (Revised), ISAE Ireland 3000 ISAE 3410 and ISSA 5000 (ED).
- Understanding or awareness of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards e.g. ESRS, IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, GRI etc.
- Understanding of financial reporting frameworks, preferably IFRS, IFRS as adopted by the EU, UK-adopted International Accounting Standards.
- Desire to be part of a high performing team covering a range of sustainability matters, in a dynamic, challenging environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort and ability in presenting complex topics.
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint etc.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to foster, maintain and grow relationships across key stakeholders.
