Job Title: Senior Downstream Process Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Downstream Process Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the field execution of Commissioning, Installation & Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ), Verification for Continuous process, filter dryers, nano-filtration (UFDF), downstream purification, header tanks, feed tanks, Delta V, Utility tie-ins, Purified water & N2 systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Field execution of CQV activities for downstream processes.
  • Coordination of vendor packages to achieve streamlined CQV.
  • Review of construction packages to ensure streamlined CQV.
  • Knowledge of recent regulations (ICH, ASTM, FDA, ISPE) and modern CQV practices with a focus on downstream activities.
  • Qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Science related area and minimum 3-8 year's plus experience gained within a Life Sciences environment.
  • Experience in Delta V / process equipment start-up is advantageous as well as experience of working in a project environment.
  • A hands-on attitude specifically functional testing of equipment outlined above is essential along with excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
