About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
As a key member of our Compliance department, you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defense.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong regulatory expertise, data-driven thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, a solid track record of outstanding achievement, and a highly adaptable skillset to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
- Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Regulatory expertise and knowledge of financial services industry
