Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires the successful candidate to have excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including rostering, holidays, absenteeism, and timekeeping.
  • Liaise with the Support Office to identify and resolve problems at store level.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and achieve store KPIs.
  • Purchasing – ensuring adequate volumes and on-time delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Lead by positive example and develop a spirit of team cooperation and motivation within the store.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a busy retail pharmacy, preferably as an Assistant Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in the use of systems and Microsoft software, including Excel.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business goals.
