Senior BIM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our building information modeling process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective BIM strategy to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction team to review tender documents and identify client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise in reviewing 3D BIM models for federation, engineering checks, logistics, and cost management.
  • Support project planning, including BEP, MIDP, and MPDT.
  • Lead the development of 4D BIM models and work closely with the planning team.
  • Coordinate DPD kick-off meetings and finalize the DPD strategy.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in construction, computing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software packages.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
