We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Supervisor to lead our team in County Cork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team providing regular progress updates and implementing health and safety standards.

Applicants should have a successful track record as a Mechanical Supervisor with multiple projects and at least 4 years' experience in this or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and safety standards is essential.

Required skills include:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • An open collaborative approach and a willingness to help and assist others.

Desirable qualities include:

  • Proven experience leading mechanical teams in a Chargehand/Foreman role.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Safe Pass and manual handling certifications.
  • Working at heights and abrasive wheel training would be an advantage.
  • The ability to read schematics and layout drawings.
