Revit Modeler and Engineering Project Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revit modeler to join our engineering project team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using Autodesk Revit. Your expertise in BIM processes will enable you to collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate integration of structural, MEP, and architectural elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop complex 3D models and 2D construction drawings using Autodesk Revit for engineering projects.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration of building systems and adhere to project timelines.
  3. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different building systems using BIM processes.
  4. Prepare, manage, and update construction documentation, including schedules, technical specifications, and material quantities.
  5. Ensure models comply with local building regulations, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong BIM knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and building systems (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical).

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in modeling and engineering projects.
  • Familiarity with building codes and industry regulations.
