Job Title

Building Information Modelling Specialist

The role of the Building Information Modelling Specialist is to work in a collaborative design environment, responsible for creating and managing 3D models of buildings and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing 3D models of buildings and infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Presenting designs to clients for review and approval.
  • Generating fabrication packs and issuing them to construction teams.
  • Performing quality assurance and quality control checks on designs.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in BIM software packages (Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CADWorx).
  • At least 2+ years of experience in building information modelling.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
