BIM Model Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Model Manager to join our team. This role will involve providing BIM support, project setup, maintenance, and federation for users/project.

This position provides excellent opportunities for career advancement within the BIM Department working on projects across various sectors including Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and Food & Beverage.

  • BIM Project set-up and support/admin for a multidiscipline project across multiple application platforms.
  • BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members.
  • Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting.
  • Coordinate 3rd party models.
  • Communicate across multiple discipline teams.
  • Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks and be able to administer and set up Revit models.

  • 3rd Party Coordination: Coordinate with external parties to ensure timely receipt of BIM models.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Compliance: Verify that all project documentation meets company and client standards.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks.
  • Administration: Able to administer and set up Revit models.
