Job Description

The successful candidate will be working as a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Engineer for a large semi-conductor manufacturer in Kildare.

You will be responsible for modelling relevant Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services across the site and coordinating with partnered trade contractors.

Collaborate with BIM Engineers, Fabrication Teams, Construction Teams, and Commercial Teams.

Attend coordination meetings with trade partners, design teams, and Client Representatives.

Present completed designs to Client Representatives for review and approval.

Generation of Fabrication Packs and issuing to Fabrication and Construction Teams.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control of design work carried out by you and other BIM Engineers.

Ensure modelling meets required standards as set out in Client and Rockwell Business Execution Plans.

Liaise with Construction and Fabrication Teams to communicate design intent and validate design against site conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in the use of Plant 3D, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Solid Works, or CADWorx software packages.
  • Minimum of 0 - 1 years experience in Intel BIM Coordination.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative design environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter.
  • Previous Intel Experience Essential.
