Role Overview

  • This position is for an experienced professional with a strong background in building information modeling (BIM) management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BIM processes and technologies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of BIM technicians and engineers, developing and implementing BIM strategies, and providing technical support and training to the team. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM is integrated into all aspects of the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices, including BS/PAS1192 and ISO19650-1/2. They will also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
