At PE Global (UK), we are committed to excellence and innovation in our finance department. As a result, we are recruiting for a Financial Operations Director to join our team in Dublin City Centre.

This permanent opportunity will focus on leading the development of a robust financial management system and ensuring that business functions operate efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the development of strategic plans and contribute to the Executive Management Team's decision-making process.
  2. Lead the Finance team to achieve performance targets and drive professional growth through training and development.
  3. BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
  4. Establish and maintain a robust financial control culture across all financial processes.
  5. Oversee the production of high-quality financial reports, including annual and interim financial statements, monthly finance reports, budgets, and forecasting.
  6. Develop and implement treasury management policies and operations.
  7. Act as a key partner in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. LEAD DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES WITHIN THE ORGANISATION.
  9. Ensure a smooth year-end audit process.

Requirements:

  1. A Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA) with a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar finance role.
  2. Experience working in the Financial Services sector is a significant advantage but not essential.
  3. Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  4. Experience working on digital transformation projects.
  5. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, implementing internal controls.
  6. Excellent report writing, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and influence senior-level stakeholders.
