Senior Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a large-scale mixed development project in Dublin.

The program is three years and involves the redevelopment of a brownfield site with high-density residential, commercial, and civic components.

Key objectives include delivering the groundworks and civils element within 12 months.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience working on projects valued at €50M+ as a Main Contractor or Developer, preferably with multiple high-rise structures and significant expertise in groundworks, structure, and concrete.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, your primary responsibilities will be site management and driving the project forward.
