Job Title: Senior Oracle Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle developer to lead our global team in designing and developing EMEA Regulatory Reporting technology platform solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical leader with a strong background in software development, architecture, and delivery management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and support of our End-to-End solution, aligning with our overarching architecture and technology principles.

About the Role:
  • This senior developer position requires hands-on experience leading global teams, collaborating on the design and development of technology platforms, and coordinating technology delivery within an agile environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software delivery management, with 10+ years of technical skills in software development. Proficiency in key technologies such as Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, Angular, Java, Spring, and Autosys is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and support the End-to-End solution, ensuring alignment with company architecture and technology principles.
  2. Lead global teams in the design and development of EMEA Regulatory Reporting technology platform solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth technology delivery and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in software delivery management with 10+ years of software development technical skills.
  • Good knowledge of emerging technologies.
  • Experience with interfacing 3rd party vendor platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, creating reusable components that can be leveraged across the organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams.
