Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Transformation Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with expertise in solution engineering, technical pre-sales, and consulting.

About the Role:

  • As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategic solutions to address business challenges. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create tailored proposals that meet their requirements.
  • You will lead the technical win strategy for each opportunity, engaging with stakeholders to translate priorities and goals into a solution vision.
  • Orchestrate client envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
  • Lead proof-of-Concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, document POC outcomes, and map customer solution requirements to translate findings into detailed technical plans.
  • Showcase Microsoft's unique value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions against major competitors.
  • Drive proof-based differentiation through architecture design sessions and pilot deployments to increase win rates and displace incumbent solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Dutch language is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
  • Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines.
