Job Title: Senior Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to take on a key role within our organisation. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior stakeholders on complex and group-wide matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a principal consultant to global finance leaders on international tax strategy and compliance.
  • Oversee and review tax return submissions, calculations, and disclosures ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
  • Advise on cross-border withholding tax, equalisation policies, and partner mobility providing expert insights.
  • Lead advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions support, restructuring, and international business travel risks.
  • Collaborate on year-end processes, reserve calculations, and tax reporting ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members fostering growth and development.
  • Present tax updates and risk assessments to senior stakeholders providing valuable insights.
Requirements:
  • ACA or equivalent accounting qualification is essential.
  • A strong tax background with a preference for CTA qualified candidates.
  • Proven experience at Senior Manager level or above in personal/corporate/international tax.
  • Broad understanding of international tax issues ideally within a partnership or professional services context.
  • Excellent relationship management skills interacting with senior finance leaders and external advisors globally.
