  • A proven track record as a Personal Tax Partner or Senior Tax Manager, with deep expertise in personal taxation and advisory services
  • Recognized professional qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA) and up-to-date knowledge of UK tax legislation
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong business acumen, coupled with a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
