As a Commercial Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Your role will involve ensuring the highest level of service to our clients, from initial contact through policy renewal and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and possess excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills. You will work closely with underwriters, brokers, and other team members to provide solutions tailored to client needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, meeting deadlines, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, policy changes, and claims follow-up
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their commercial insurance needs
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and policy retention
  • Prepare and process insurance quotes, applications, and endorsements for new and existing clients
  • Review policies for accuracy and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • P&C License in Wisconsin (must be current and in good standing)
  • 1+ years of commercial insurance experience with a focus on account management and servicing
  • Proven strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in technology and able to quickly adapt to new software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
