Finance Leader Position

The ideal candidate will be a commercially-minded finance expert with experience working in a start-up or growth stage company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts to support strategic business decision-making.
  • Ownership of payroll, AP and AR processes.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in evaluating and optimising month-end close processes, AP/AR and GL processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum third-level degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, accounting).
  • A professional accountancy qualification is desirable.
  • Experience working in a start-up or growth stage company is highly desirable.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and drive business growth.
