Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone.
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions.
  • Become an expert in our product and processes to drive positive outcomes for our users.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Secondary language preferred, particularly French, German, or Dutch.
  • Understanding of E-commerce and Marketplace operations.
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
