Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead our site teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee junior engineers and site staff, fostering open communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries and provide assistance in emergency situations
  • Maintain and manage plant, machinery, and equipment, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Manage site documentation, conduct toolbox talks, and perform site inductions
  • Participate in site meetings, coordinate traffic flow, and liaise with clients, consultancies, and the public
  • Prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask and organize
  • Able to work effectively within a team and individually, with experience working on civil projects and setting out knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing a valid driving license
