Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage all on-site interior fit-out activities.

This position involves ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines. Coordinating with designer teams, architects, and clients; managing subcontractors and site teams; monitoring budgets and schedules; ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of interior fit-out activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
  • Coordination with designer teams, architects, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
  • Management of subcontractors and site teams to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitoring of budgets and schedules to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Maintenance of quality and safety standards throughout the project.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
