  • Oversee front-end operations, managing stock control and pricing accuracy to minimize losses
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in retail management or similar roles with a strong track record of leadership and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
