Senior Compliance Role Overview:

This is a senior leadership position within the compliance department, working closely with colleagues to strengthen and improve overall compliance activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's compliance framework
  • Monitor regulatory requirements in EU countries for anti-financial crime matters
  • Review client profiles during onboarding to ensure adherence to AML/KYC standards
  • Perform regular and ad-hoc compliance-related reviews of client files
  • Support business units with due diligence and provide guidance on compliance matters
Key Qualifications:
  • University degree in law, finance, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Detailed understanding of the financial industry and its regulations
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field such as audit, control, or legal
