Senior HVAC Installation Expert Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Installation Engineer to join our team in the Dublin and Leinster region. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality climate control systems to large-scale commercial and industrial clients.

About the Role

We are seeking an individual with strong hands-on experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while guiding less experienced colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a recognised qualification in refrigeration or air conditioning trade and at least five years of experience post-certification in a similar role within HVAC installation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install and commission advanced heating and cooling systems including VRF/VRV technologies, split-type air conditioners, precision climate control units, and chillers.
  • Interpret and work from detailed technical plans and schematics.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges during installation phases.
  • Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders and on-site tradespeople.
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers, apprentices, and general operatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in refrigeration or air conditioning trade.
  • At least five years of experience post-certification in a similar role within HVAC installation.
  • Proven capability in working with systems such as VRF/VRV, split systems, close control, and chillers.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid organisational and communication abilities.
Desirable Qualifications

Prior leadership experience of small on-site teams and additional safety or equipment operation training would be highly desirable.
