Climate Action SpecialistJoin a pioneering team working on large-scale renewables and infrastructure projects across the globe.

We are seeking a talented Climate Action Specialist to support our mission of empowering people to build a sustainable future. As part of our Business Enablement team, you will oversee governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and deliver high-quality reporting to drive effective decision-making.

  • Support in managing business risks and controls, including regulatory requirements, policy breaches, operational risk events, and complaints.
  • Complete quality assurance activities and communicate with assurance teams as required.
  • Support regulatory and governance oversight, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and committees.

You will play a key role in driving process improvements, system automation, and enhanced Management Information (MI). You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in operational risk, business support, quality assurance, or compliance-focused roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work to challenging deadlines.
