Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced test manager to lead functional testing for our Infra Programme. The successful candidate will have a strong background in test management, including experience in managing testing in a financial services regulatory environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of test strategies, test planning and resourcing, and will be able to lead multiple workstreams in parallel. You will work closely with programme leads, business and operations teams, as well as third-party suppliers, to deliver testing for the programme.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full test life cycle (planning, preparation, specification, execution, test closure and sign off) applying a defined test framework to a complex programme.
- Liaise with third parties for oversight of penetration testing phases.
- Identify and manage test-related action and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
- Understand and apply test management tools (manual and automated) within a hardware and software application environment aligned to customer's preferred tool set.
