Healthcare Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated healthcare professional to deliver exceptional care in our community pharmacy group.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a dynamic team of healthcare advisors. We value accessible healthcare and the important role of the pharmacist in delivering care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service, understanding needs and providing great support every time.
  • Retail Sales: Drive retail sales through effective link selling and advising customers of promotions in store.
  • Stock Management: Ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
  • Cash Management: Accurately and securely perform cash management duties to maintain high levels of integrity.
  • Merchandising: Maintain company merchandising standards and present the pharmacy to the highest level to enhance customer experience.
  • Customer Loyalty: Build customer loyalty by tailoring conversations to ensure customers feel informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Engagement: Strong customer engagement and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with all team members to ensure seamless delivery of service.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong product knowledge, particularly in skin care, is required to advise customers effectively.
  • Sales Ability: Proven sales ability is necessary to drive retail sales and meet targets.
