About the Role

We are seeking a Process Excellence Lead to join our team, responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of process improvements, focusing on customer and colleague needs. Key responsibilities include leading business partnering, designing and implementing process improvements, collaborating with various groups to develop heatmaps and analysis, and utilizing Lean, automation, digitization, and systems transformation to improve processes.

  • Develop strategic change initiatives through process improvement and value realization.
  • Lead complex problem-solving and waste elimination using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary workstreams across various domains.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Lean, Agile, and Service Design methodologies.
  • Experience in developing business cases, managing programs, and leading transformation projects.
  • Expertise in process simplification, automation, and data analysis.
