Job Description

We seek an experienced and visionary leader to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of a new luxury hotel.

As the guardian of our brand, you will bring to life our promise of magnifique hospitality – curating unique guest experiences, personal service, and emotions-driven stays that resonate long after departure.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the hotel's pre-opening and operational strategy, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Inspire and lead a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and empowerment.
  • Champion our brand, embedding luxury service philosophy and storytelling in every guest touchpoint.
  • Drive commercial success with strong financial stewardship and innovative business strategies.
  • Cultivate authentic connections with guests, partners, and the local community.
  • Deliver an exceptional guest journey—personal, bespoke, and infused with French sophistication.

Qualifications

  • Proven success as a senior leader within the luxury hospitality segment.
  • Pre-opening experience (highly advantageous).
  • A deep understanding of 5-star service standards and discerning guest expectations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sustainable results.
  • Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to attract, build, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of the Dublin market and regulatory environment (desirable).
  • Experience within international hotel brands, ideally within the luxury portfolio.
