We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team in the capacity of Guest Relations Executive. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to departure.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Liaison: Meet, greet and direct guests who enter the lobby area, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service.
  • VIP Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and ensure that hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements, guaranteeing seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Feedback: Seek regular verbal feedback from customers and respond to all guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage, record and promptly resolve guest or customer complaints, upholding the highest standards of service recovery.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure a very high level of customer service is consistently maintained across reception, lobby area and executive lounge.
Requirements
  • Hotel Experience: Previous experience in a luxury property is essential, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
