Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Fixing faults and making repairs to maintain the high standards of our facilities.

  • Working closely with guests, managers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver exceptional service and support.

You will need to possess:

  • A qualified background in plumbing with relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of gas boilers, booster pumps, and heating systems.
  • Experience with B.M.S. and controls software.
  • HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills (a plus).
  • The ability to handle basic electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
