Lead Building Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee the upkeep of our buildings and apartments, ensuring they remain fresh and well-maintained for our guests.

This role involves working closely with the General Manager to manage services, repairs, painting, and other upkeep tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing building maintenance schedules and prioritizing tasks
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitoring budgets and controlling expenses related to maintenance

As a Lead Building Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings and apartments are properly maintained, safe, and comfortable for our guests.
