Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing the payroll, assisting with accounting and administration tasks in the Finance department, and providing administrative support to the Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for all staff, ensuring compliance with PAYE/PRSI regulations and liaising with Revenue Commissioners and Social Welfare as required.
  • Prepare monthly payroll files, salary control accounts, and year-end financial audit controls.
  • Manage electronic fund transfers and ensure timely submission of payroll files to the bank.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience of SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional) payroll system
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A confident, professional communicator who is highly organised, capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a team as required
  • Confidentiality and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
