Senior Analog Circuit Design Specialist

Develop and lead the design of high-speed memory interface analog components used in cutting-edge DDR memory interface PHYs.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing advanced analog/mixed-signal IC circuit blocks from concept to verification, collaborating with Physical Design Engineers on IC circuit block designs and PMA sections, and working with Technical Team Leads in circuit design and architectures.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers as needed, and facilitate collaboration with global teams across different time zones.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CMOS design, preferably in CMOS SERDES, DDR, or high-speed I/O IC design
  • Strong understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques
  • Experience in designing SERDES circuit blocks such as drivers, receivers, serializers, deserializers, phase interpolators, low-jitter PLLs, high-speed clock distribution, biasing, and bandgap circuits
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analog aptitude, good communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for circuit simulation, layout, and physical verification
