Job Title: Senior Analog Design Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned analog design specialist to spearhead the development of high-speed SERDES products on cutting-edge technology nodes. Your expertise in designing and developing analog/mixed signal IC circuit blocks will be pivotal in shaping our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-speed SERDES circuits that meet or exceed data rates of 112 Gbps on leading-edge technology nodes.
  • Collaborate with physical design engineers to optimize IC circuit blocks and PMA sections for maximum performance.
  • Participate in technical leadership to drive innovation in circuit design and SERDES architectures.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CMOS SERDES or high-speed I/O IC design and development.
  • Thorough understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques, as well as working knowledge of common SERDES standards.
  • Proficient design experience in various SERDES circuit blocks, including drivers, receivers, serializers, deserializers, phase interpolators, low-jitter PLLs, high-speed clock distribution, bias, and bandgap voltage regulators.
Education:
  • BEng, MEng, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Advantageous skills include proficiency in Cadence tools, design experience above 10 Gbps, and lab test experience as part of silicon evaluation.
