Job Summary:

  • Act as go-to person for analog and system designers to solve complex problems across the whole automotive microcontroller division and beyond
  • Play a lead role in the definition and development of mixed signal solutions for the next generation of automotive products
  • Work with architects and system engineers to define IP and product specifications
  • Drive the verification requirements definition
  • Support IP test and characterization into high volume production
  • Ensure Functional Safety compliance across the whole sub-system

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as lead expert for cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge analog designs.
  • Design and develop mixed-signal solutions for high-performance automotive products.
  • Collaborate with architects and system engineers to define system specifications and ensure successful integration.
  • Define verification requirements and drive IP test and characterization efforts.
  • Ensure seamless transition of IP from development to high-volume production.
  • Maintain high levels of functional safety throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor/Masters/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics.
  • 10+ years industry experience with proven expertise in Silicon product development, including architecture, definition, development, and test.
  • Experience in FinFET schematic designs and interaction with FinFET Layout.
  • Knowledge of Signal Integrity solutions for high-speed data transfer.
  • Requirement-driven development flows and requirement definition.
  • Understanding of system specifications and translating into requirements at IP level.
  • Familiarity with analog front-end and data recovery architectures for high-speed PHYs.
  • Experience with clock generation circuits such as oscillators, PLL, and various other analog circuits particularly using FinFET geometries.
  • An understanding of IP development, chip integration, timing analysis, testability, and mixed-signal verification.
