Job Title: Onboarding Business Analyst

Location: Dublin, Ireland

We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Business Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business operations and experience in managing supplier onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will lead the registration of suppliers for new and existing vendor financing programs, ensuring compliance with due diligence requirements. They will also be responsible for gathering KYTS/KYC documentation and maintaining accurate records of supplier statuses.

About the Role:

  • Lead the supplier onboarding process for new and existing programs
  • Manage the registration of suppliers for new and existing vendor financing programs
  • Gather KYTS/KYC documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Provide regular reporting to sales teams and coordinate communication with clients
  • Maintain up-to-date master lists of suppliers with correct statuses
  • Ensure required controls are performed in all due diligence processes following client guidelines and policies
  • Act as single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in KYTS/KYC due diligence roles
  • Background in business operations or related field
  • Customer support experience
  • Knowledge of due diligence requirements on various entity types
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and departments
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments against deadlines and SLAs
