Our organization seeks a highly skilled professional to oversee the regulated activities of our team in the EU.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with significant distribution and reporting experience to lead our designated person role, ensuring consistency between fund registrations and compliance processes.

This role will involve collaborating with our client reporting and analytics team to deliver timely sales reports, analytics, and overseeing global client coverage.

Key responsibilities include leading sales activity oversight to support global distribution strategies, analyzing client transactions, CRM activity, and industry data, providing sales reporting, streamlining and automating processes and insights, identifying and monitoring key sales productivity and success metrics globally, liaising with finance to ensure accurate sales attribution for firm reporting, and participating in projects across strategy, process, and efficiency improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in reporting and analytics within the asset management industry.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
