Job Overview:

 

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to oversee the successful delivery of customised automated equipment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
