Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

A leading law firm in Dublin City Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial operations professional to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high volumes of daily office and client account payments.
  • Manage bank relationships on a daily basis.
  • Process VAT & VIES returns efficiently.
  • Assist with invoice and expense processing for the purchase ledger of two companies.
  • Reconcile creditor statements accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal clients.
  • Liaise with partners and internal staff regarding general finance queries.
  • Cover for other members of the finance team as needed.
  • Operate the finance helpdesk effectively.
Candidate Profile:
  • The ideal candidate will be working towards IATI or equivalent accounts qualification.
  • They should have 2 years' experience in general bookkeeping.
  • As a team player, they must be able to work well under pressure with previous exposure to VAT returns.
