Financial Operations Associate

The Financial Operations Associate will be responsible for accurately processing and reconciling invoices, managing vendor relationships, and preparing key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile all new fleet purchase invoices for Europe and AU/NZ into the accounts payable system.
  • Manage receivable invoices for European risk car sales using the accounts receivable system.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
