Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Reconciliations: Oversee the accurate and timely reconciliation of cash, bank, and ledger accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Settlement Processes: Manage the execution of settlement processes for various financial instruments, ensuring seamless transactions and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manual Payments Processing: Supervise the execution of manual payments, including high-value transactions, to minimize risk exposure.
  • Intercompany Netting Settlements: Coordinate netting settlements to enhance cash management and optimize financial processes.
  • Internal Banking Settlement: Oversee transfer requests in accordance with group requirements.
  • Data Maintenance: Ensure timely updates and accurate maintenance of static data associated with treasury activities.
  • Collateral Management: Manage margin calls and related activities to effectively mitigate risk exposure within treasury operations.
  • Team Supervision: Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for a team of Treasury Specialists.
  • Process Optimisation: Champion process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Workflow Automation: Advocate for advancements in technology and automation to drive operational efficiencies.
