Job Title:
Financial Planning Expert

About the Role:
This role requires a highly skilled finance professional to oversee the management of financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, annual budgets and rolling forecasts, as well as managing cash flow and weekly payroll.

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly management accounts, report packs and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Manage cash flow and ensure accurate forecasting
• Oversee weekly payroll process for 100+ employees
• Coordinate revenue and corporate social responsibility (CSR) returns
• Lead annual audit process and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with management team to drive business growth

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Qualified accountant with strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills and Xero experience an advantage
