About the Role
  • Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support month-end processes, maintaining reconciliation and reporting procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance role with strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience using accounting software is an advantage.
ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable
  • Process supplier invoices and liaise with management for timely approval.
  • Manage supplier payments and maintain accurate vendor records.
Accounts Receivable
  • Manage debtor accounts and issue regular statements.
  • Handle customer queries and follow up on outstanding balances.
Month-End & Reporting
  • Assist with preparation of month-end reconciliations and reports.
  • Complete creditor reconciliations and support audit requirements.
