The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of thermoforming machinery and equipment.

This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting faults, and collaborating with the engineering team to optimize machine performance.

Main Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults in thermoforming equipment to minimize production losses and optimize performance.
• Work closely with the engineering team to gather data and insights on machine performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for optimization.
• Log maintenance activities and repairs accurately in the Pragma system for transparent tracking and analysis.
• Analyze inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with stock availability, ensuring uninterrupted production flow and optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to maximize productivity and meet business objectives, enhancing competitiveness and revenue growth.
• Implement effective preventive maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset lifespan, improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
• Maintain all equipment in a clean and well-maintained state post-maintenance, ensuring production readiness and efficiency at all times.
• Support the selection, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.
