Dynamic Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamic Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing group, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic digital content strategies that drive engagement and conversions across multiple social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of major platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X, as well as ad specs and format requirements. Hands-on experience scheduling and publishing content via tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is also required. Additionally, familiarity with MLR approval systems such as Veeva or similar is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end execution of paid and organic social media campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives regulatory requirements and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth on-time delivery of content that engages healthcare professionals and patients alike
  • Develop and maintain asset libraries ensuring consistent naming version control and tagging
  • Stay current on platform changes and assist in maintaining best practice guidelines for internal use
  • Track key metrics such as engagement impressions CTR and conversions using native platform dashboards or Google Analytics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media execution preferably in healthcare pharma or another regulated environment
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO paid search programmatic display and email marketing
