About the Leisure Centre Attendant Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated leisure centre attendant to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Pool Lifeguard qualification, as well as experience in providing excellent guest care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a professional and courteous service to all guests.
  • Welcome guests warmly and take orders efficiently.
  • Assist in swim lessons and other classes as required.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the leisure centre.
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
  1. Possession of a current IWS/ILAM Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent.
  2. Assistant Swim Teachers may be advantageous.
  3. Able to provide first aid when necessary.
  4. National Swimming and Spa Pool Certificate (NSSPC) is desirable.
  5. Nationally recognised NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructors qualification or equivalent is desirable.
